Private Coaching

Coaching with me will help you to:

  • Create a simple, daily mindfulness practice specific to your unique needs, consisting of a wide range of options, such as an easy focused mini-meditation, breathing exercises to access in the midst of your day, awareness around slowing down and paying attention to your senses, affirmations to reset positive inner programming, and an effortless gratitude practice, among many others. The options we explore will offer you a deep well of ease within your everyday life.

  • Overcome overwhelm (really, I mean it!). We will figure out which tried and true methods will unravel this burdensome beast so you can move forward with confidence and the ability to never let anxiety rule you again.

  • Feel inspired in your life (yaaaaay!). It’s critical to our overall well-being that we feed our spirit and regularly tap into our innate creativity. We will follow your clues and open the door to all your dreams and the brilliant magic within, and invite it to spring forth.

  • Accumulate a toolbox of easy and effective strategies to help you to be a more present, patient, and joyful person. There are so many straightforward approaches we can adopt that diffuse difficult situations and encourage harmony. These practices will help you model a new way of being to your family that will positively affect all your interactions.

  • Craft a focused vision for your family. In doing so, we will examine the qualities you’d like to define your clan, the traditions that matter to you, the priorities that are most important, as well as how you want to look back on this stage of your life.

  • Construct a self-care routine so your “well” doesn’t go dry. We know it’s essential, but it can be one of the hardest rituals to initiate when we feel like there’s no extra time. We will uncover all the ways to make self-care a sacred habit for you so that it doesn’t fall by the wayside again.

  • Have an accountability partner. After each session, I will send you notes on our discoveries. As you set simple goals for yourself, we will connect via email or text between sessions so that you have all the support you need!

Coaching Options

Six-Month Immersion

Introductory 30-minute consult. We will use this time to make sure we’re a great match, and to connect on where you’re at in your life and how coaching can support you and your family. During this call we’ll discuss the many ways I can help you reach your goals.

Twelve sessions of one-on-one devoted mindfulness coaching! My mission as your coach is to closely assist you in bringing all of your deepest desires to fruition.

  • Our initial session is 90-minutes, allowing us time to dig into your hopes and dreams. During the first call, we’ll create a mind map, where we place your greatest goals and visions for your life within the upcoming year. This provides a powerful visual to focus on throughout our journey together.

  • The hour-long sessions offer the opportunity to learn and implement a wide variety of techniques. My intention is to guide you to thrive in every area of your life.

  • Based on your priorities, I’ll help you build a personalized mindfulness toolbox, create a life intention for yourself, uncover your personal core values, craft a vision for your family, construct a regular, attainable self-care routine, and explore a wide variety of other methods for your maximum personal growth.

Personalized Tools. Each session will include a brief opening and/or closing mindfulness practice to center you and add to your ever-expanding toolbox. One of my missions is to provide you with easy and effective strategies to help you be a more present, patient and joyful person. After each call I will email detailed notes recapping our session, along with descriptive exercises to put what we chat about into practice.

Regular check-ins. In between our calls, we’ll create a plan to keep you on track with your vision and keep the depth and clarity you receive in our sessions alive. I will be available for email check-ins to offer encouragement and accountability. This correspondence will be tailored to inspire you on your journey toward mindfulness. I want you to know that I am right by your side every step of the way!

Three-Month Season of Growth

If you are looking to dive deep for a season, this program could be a prefect fit. It follows the structure of the six-month package above and includes six sessions, along with personalized tools and weekly email check-ins. 

Build Your Mindfulness Toolbox

Join me for three one-hour phone or virtual meeting sessions to create your personalized mindfulness toolbox! The options we explore will offer you a deep well of ease within your everyday life. Your toolbox will be tailored to fit exactly what you want to integrate into your days.

This consists of:

  • A simple daily mindfulness practice specific to your needs.

  • A focused meditation (which can be very brief if your life calls for it).

  • Breathing exercises to access in the midst of your day.

  • Awareness techniques around slowing down and paying attention to your senses.

  • Affirmations to reset positive inner programming.

  • A grounded gratitude practice.

  • Between each call, notes with your new tools will be sent to you, and we’ll schedule regular email check-ins.

Individual Session

If you prefer an introductory check-in session to explore what you can gain from a mindful mama mindset or are seeking to reignite your path, this single session is a great option. After this 60 minute meeting you’ll receive detailed notes along with suggestions of practices that will enhance your daily life. 


Yoga

I have been passionate about teaching yoga for nearly twenty years. I offer a wide range of styles and cater specifically to the individual and/or group needs.

My classes are infused with:

  • A laser focus on the breath as the most central component of our yoga practice (when the breath is calm, the mind is calm), as well as varying breathing/pranayama techniques that help us expand and which serve us at different moments in our lives.

  • A steady strand of inspiration that runs through the flow of practice to create profound meaning and the opportunity to dive deep within.

  • Movement and an overall intention to serve you at the exact place that you are. The class can be built around learning poses, stabilizing or strengthening the body, accessing flexibility, moving slow and tuning in to the meditative aspect of breath and movement… Anything is possible!

  • A soothing meditation that will leave you feeling centered, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

Yoga + Coaching

Bringing yoga into the life-coaching realm opens up our mental, physical, and emotional realms simultaneously, yielding rapid and unparalleled results. We are able to more easily recognize where the body is holding emotions like sadness, anxiety, and fear and explore those pieces of ourselves. By practicing poses and sequences, breathing techniques, and focused meditations, alongside mindful coaching skills, we find emotional freedom that helps reconnect us with who we really are.
